- Disturbing information about a former partner’s new friends and acquaintances comes to light. Although listening to gossip is never a good idea, anything upsetting needs to be checked out for the child’s safety.
- A parent is less willing to spend time with the child. While at the start of a new relationship, a parent may want to spend time alone with their new partner, it’s also important to maintain a strong parent-child relationship.
- Changes in a parent’s behavior. If a custodial parent suddenly becomes irresponsible – arriving late to pick up a child or making last-minute changes in plans – or suddenly changes behavioral patterns, that may be a cause for concern. It may indicate changes that can be far from beneficial for the child.
In many cases, simply keeping lines of communication open may be enough to keep everyone concerned feeling comfortable and safe. Meeting a former partner’s new friends and spending time together or discussing concerns frankly helps to waylay many fears. Unfortunately, this type of frankness is not always possible. I am in NC and my son is in IA with his father. When he was here for the summer he mentioned to me how his dad would drink and drive with him and even drinks beer in the car with him in there. He is 6 and very intelligent. He also stated he very rarely buckles into his car seat. He also stated his fatehr makes him help put beer cans in the kitchen and his father gets more angry when he drinks. I tried to discuss this issue with his father and he responded with “so he is fine, what are you going to do about it.” So truely admited to drinking and driving with our son. I tried to call both states child services and the law enforcement and they said they couldn’t do anything without catching him in the act.How sad!Also ever since he got a new g/f he ignores our son when she’s there. When he came here for the summer he sent him very small clothes, not in good shape. Should I hire a PI or would another option be better. Its hard to know anything when I’m not close to him and I’m afraid he won’t tell me things now because his father listens into our conversations so much. He won’t even let our son talk about his g/f name to me. If I do hire a PI, whats the average price. He lives in Audubon County IA.Thank you for your time. Jess

I got the same tramadol attack… well, not the same, because it was only about 20 comments instead of 90, and i t have any filtering set up, and I just deleted them one at a time… hmm.. the only thing really in common was that it was about tramadol… what filter do you have set up that caught them all?

Since one of the ideas is to split strings not into words, but hopefully into phrases more semantically informative than the words they are made of, doing that better should mean better suggestions, and avoiding what essentially are word n-tuples should make for smaller data and slightly faster querying.

i am in a custody battle with my ex daughter in law. and we have been to court alot and the guy she is living with has a crimmal record and i have temp custody of my granddaughter since 2004. the mother has unsupervised visits and i know she is taking my grand child around were the judge has told her not too. but i have no proof. i do not have alot of money so how much do you guys charge.
