Are Private Investigators Operating Legally?

BLOOMINGTON, IN -- Indiana's Attorney General's office has stated that the private investigators hired by Lauren Spierer's are not legally allowed to investigate the student's disappearance in Bloomington. The Attorney General's office alleges that the private investigators are not licensed to work in Indiana. It is expected that the Private Investigator and Security Guard Board of Indiana will file a complaint about the matter.
