NEW YORK, NY--– Law firms and private investigators have been looking for William H. Millard for more than twenty years, after the tech magnate, once considered the richest men in America, went missing. Millard reportedly went missing owing over $100 million in unpaid taxes. Private investigators have traced his movements in Ireland and other nations and now claim he may be on Grand Cayman Island in the Caribbean.
