OAK FOREST, IL -- The parents of Riley Fox, a little girl who was murdered, are reportedly being sued by private investigators for non-payment. After Riley was found murdered in 2004, the parents hired a law firm, and the firm hired private investigators. National Investigators & Security Agency, Inc. alleges that they entered into a contract with Fox's mother and have more than $70,000 in unpaid bills related to the case.
