Security Concerns in Hawaii

HONOLULU, HI - Hawaii has increased security, after a Hawaiian sovereignty group temporarily took over the Iolani Palace more than a week ago. The PI said that simply chaining or locking the gates, or adding an electronically controlled mechanism would increase security. Goodenow also said that the large rocks and other projectiles near the palace should be removed for safety reasons. While the palace has surveillance cameras inside and outside of it, the PI notes that adding cameras on the grounds is important.

McCann PIs Dropped

LONDON, ENGLAND - After being paid £500,000, the United States PI firm hired to find missing child Madeleine McCann has been dropped from the investigation. The firm, Oakley International, had been given a six-month contract, but Brian Kennedy, the man underwriting the Find Madeleine Fund's investigation has decided that the PI firm's contract will not be renewed. Kennedy is allegedly unhappy with the performance of the firm, believing that the more than £80,000 a month that the firm charged has not produced enough tangible leads. It is unknown which firm - if any - will replace Oakley International.
