Security Concerns in Hawaii |
HONOLULU, HI - Hawaii has increased security, after a Hawaiian sovereignty group temporarily took over the Iolani Palace more than a week ago. Activists sealed off the palace's gates, but PI Steve Goodenow told the media that those gates are still vulnerable. The PI said that simply chaining or locking the gates, or adding an electronically controlled mechanism would increase security. Goodenow also said that the large rocks and other projectiles near the palace should be removed for safety reasons. McCann PIs Dropped |
LONDON, ENGLAND - After being paid £500,000, the United States PI firm hired to find missing child Madeleine McCann has been dropped from the investigation. The firm, Oakley International, had been given a six-month contract, but Brian Kennedy, the man underwriting the Find Madeleine Fund's investigation has decided that the PI firm's contract will not be renewed.
