Private Investigator's Surveillance Leads to Stalking Charge |
LASALLE, CO – PI Timothy Allan Stitt was recently charged for stalking after conducting surveillance work. Stitt was arrested for felony stalking after placing a tracking device on a vehicle belonging to Shantele Sherman in what Stitt claims was a routine investigation. |

New Evidence Suggests Marital Infidelity May be Linked to Income |
NEW YORK, NY - A new study suggests that PIs should look at couples’ income when solving infidelity cases. According to a new study by Christin Munsch of Cornell University, men who are financially dependent on their partners or are earning significantly less than their partners are five times more likely to be unfaithful than those in more financially equitable arrangements. |

PI Blog Probes Police Behavior |
COLUMBIA, MO – PI Rick Gurley is putting local police on the defensive after posting information on his blog alleging that a police officer used excessive force while arresting a suspect last year. Gurley was hired by David Riley, who was the man arrested and allegedly abused by an officer. Gurley alleges that officer Christopher Hessenflow injured Riley after kicking him during what could have been a peaceful arrest. |

Canadian PI Show Sees Success |
TORONTO, CANADA – Canadian PI show 'Republic of Doyle' will now be broadcast in other counties after being picked up by an Australian broadcaster. The show follows the adventures of a father-son PI team who solve crimes in Newfoundland. |
