In most cases, his clients have testified in trials and are worried about their personal safety or are trying to escape other dangerous situations. Ahearn refuses to help people who are trying to elude justice.

Despite the increase in cheating spouse cases, fewer people are heading to divorce court. In some cases, the couple is able to work out their problems, while in other cases couples simply cannot afford to divorce in this economy.
