Did PI Make Death Threats?

MUNCIE, IN - Authorities were called to attorney Jill Gonzalez's office after PI Jeff Hinds allegedly made death threats in her office. Hinds and another man allegedly chased a man down the street. John Caldwell claims that he was walking out of the law office when Hinds and Jeremy Carver ran after him. During the chase, Hinds, who was armed with a handgun, allegedly shouted that he was going to kill Caldwell. This is not the first brush with the law for Hinds. Earlier this year, he was charged with bribery after three men were allegedly paid to change their testimony in a criminal case. That case is still pending.

The remaining 20 percent, however, can drain the coffers of insurance providers and employees. L&W Investigations says that there are several ways to pinpoint a suspect claim. Red flags include multiple claims, longer-than-expected absences from work, pre-existing financial problems and conveniently timed injuries. Other red flags include no witness reports, frequent doctor changes and unusual types of injuries.
