PI Makes Progress in Mystery of OU Student's Death

ATHENS, OH - Retired police detectives turned PIs, Kevin Gannon and Anthony Duarte, have made progress in the case of Keith Noble Jr., an Ohio University freshman who drowned a decade ago. The PIs have been able to link Noble’s death to dozens of similar drownings involving young men. Gannon and Duarte have found that more than 40 male college students drowned in a similar way. Their deaths, too, were ruled accidents although the PIs believe they were actually homicides. Many of the crime scenes had graffiti depicting a smiley face, another clue that the deaths were linked. Athens Police are going through old photographs and looking at crime scenes to find evidence of the graffiti.

Save Happy Valley Coalition's PI Claims He Did Nothing Illegal

NEW ZEALAND - Gavin Clark, a PI with private investigator Thompson Clark, was involved in infiltrating the Save Happy Valley Coalition in New Zealand. His methods have been scrutinized, but Clark insists that his methods were aboveboard. Despite this, many now accuse the PI of violating the Crimes Act regarding unauthorized access to computers. Clark admitted in media interviews that he asked a prospective mole whether the mole had access to computer codes, hoping to use those codes to enter the Save Happy Valley Coalition computer systems, a clear violation of the Crimes Act.
