Billowing smoke could be seen a mile away as flames shot through the roof of a Milltown restaurant on April 3.
Sixty firefighters from six companies put out the fire, but not before the Century Buffet on Kirkwood Highway, already closed by a Sept. 1 electrical fire, was gutted.
The fire was ruled an arson.
