NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA — Nova Scotia has become the latest Canadian province to introduce a new bill which would make licensing and training mandatory for bouncers and security professionals. ANDOVER, MA - Larry Starkey is a professor at the Massachusetts School of Law at Andover. In fact, the professor has found in his studies that many citizens and individuals are not disturbed by the idea of a surveillance state.
