Cost

Registration fees include Seminar & Materials, Evening Reception on Sunday and Breakfast and Luncheon on Monday. Advanced registration cut-off date is Friday, January 18, 2008. After January 18, 2008, you will need to register onsite and will be subject to increased registration fees.
