Background Investigations - Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas

The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform Background Investigation Clerk services. This individual will perform background investigation checks utilizing the Texas Law Enforcement Terminal System (TLETS) and National Criminal Information Check (NCIC) databases. These queries will be performed on all potential civilian and DoD contractor/subcontractor/employee personnel performing a service at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. The contract will be for a basic period of three and one half months (15 Jun 07 ? 30 Sep 08) with one option period (1 Oct 07 ? 30 Sep 08). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561110. The size standard is $6.5M. The solicitation will be posted in FedBizOps (http://www.eps.gov) electronically, on or about 24 May 07. Hard copies will be made available at the Contracting office upon issuance of the solicitation, or may be downloaded from the internet. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by this Agency. All prospective offers interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE).
