Process Services for the State of Oregon and Clark County, Washington
The State of Oregon, Department of Administrative Services (DAS Special Procurement Office), hereby solicits proposals to provide Process Services for the State of Oregon and Clark County, Washington. Six (6) separate Price Agreements may be awarded from this RFP for six service areas.
The service areas are: 1) Clatsop, Columbia, Washington, Multnomah and Clackamas counties, plus Clark County in Washington 2) Tillamook, Yamhill, Polk and Marion 3) Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, Gilliam, Jefferson, Wheeler, Crook, and Deschutes 4) Lincoln, Benton, Linn, Lane, Douglas, Coos, and Curry 5) Josephine, Jackson, Klamath, and Lake 6) Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Grant, Baker, Harney, and Malheur.
The RFP is issued primarily for the Department of Justice, Division of Child Support (DCS) on behalf of the Oregon Child Support Program (CSP), and DOJ Legal Counsel.
The awarded Contractors will be responsible for service of legal documents and notices of legal actions.
