Gurrola disputes findings while Beauregard defends experience
RED BLUFF - Animal services inadequately investigated the Cottonwood dog kennel deaths and did not protect the other dogs left at the facility, according to the Tehama County Grand Jury report released Tuesday.Animal Services Director Rick Gurrola said he will address some recommendations the grand jury made but said most were “unsubstantiated.”
