I provide General Investigative Services, inclidingArson/Fire, Civil & Legal Investigations, Accidents, Personal Injury and Product Liability Cases.

I have over20 years experience as an Investigative Engineerplus 30 years ofDesign, Testing and ApplicationExperience with Industrial, Material Handling, Agricultural and Recreational Equipment. I started working with Fire Safety Standards and Equipment Qualification testing in 1961, Fire investigation in 1970 and Trial in 1978. My fire investigation and training has included Appliances, Automobiles, Combustable Liquids, Electrical,Heavy Trucks, Mobile Homes, Natural Gas, Industrial Equipment, Propane, Recreational Vehicles and Structures. Most of my accident work involvesAgricultural, Industrial,Material Handling and ConstructionEquipment. I have been active in safety standard work since 1987 as a member of the ITSDF (formerly ASME) B56 engineering sub-committee.

I have been licensed as a Private Investigator in theState of Michigan since 1998providing a broad range of investigative services to Attorneys, Individuals,Insurance Companies and Manufacturers.

The Accident and Fire work isdone Nation-Wide and in Canadahasinvolved over 375 different cases, 72 Depositions and 23 Trials where I served as an expert witness.Some of the companies I have worked with are American Hardware,Al-Jon Inc, Clark Equip, CSX Railway, Ford Motor, Fireman's Fund,John Deere Insurance, Harley Davison, Hyster, Kalmar, Liberty Mutual, Motorist Mutual, Nissan and Travelers Insurance.

• The primary area of coverage for Private Investigation work is in Calhoun and Eaton Countiesin the State of Michigan. This would include the cities of Battle Creek, Marshall, Albion, Charlotte and surrounding rural areas. If necessary we can and will work in all areas of Michigan.

• The Fire Investigationand Accident Reconstruction work is done through outthe entire Unites States of America and Canada.
