Mr. Baker is retired from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) after 23 years of service. He retired as the Special Agent in Charge of the Albany Drug Enforcement Office. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy. He holds a BS in Business Management from Columbus College and a MS in Criminal Justice from Troy State University.
