Larry A. Peters has been a civil and criminal investigator since 1961, including 7 1/2 years in the US Army with the Military Police, Criminal Investigations and Military Intelligence assigned to General Staff.
He is certified in two Circuit Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and one court in West Virginia. He's also a Certified Private Investigator Instructor in the Commonwealth of Virginia throught the Department of Criminal Justice Services.
He is the only private investigator know who worked a criminal case that was overturned by the Unied States Supreme Court based on exculpatory evidence found after the trial dealing with handwriting comparison.
