Richard F. Massey is a former FBI Supervisory Special Agent and Police Detective with more than thirty years of major case investigative experience. Mr. Massey specializes in complex civil and criminal litigation support, corporate and insurance fraud investigations, threat assessment/crisis management, locating missing persons, and skip traces. He also has extensive experience investigating and supervising investigations of Organized Criminal Enterprises. Mr. Massey holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia College. He is also a graduate of the FBI Academy at Quantico, Virginia and holds Georgia P.O.S.T. certification.
