Robert A. Jack, Owner & Chief Investigator
Robert brings nearly 40 years of investigative experience to Innovative. After serving six years in the USAF Criminal Investigative Section and a member of the OSI critical incident team, Robert joined the Mason Ohio Police Department where he served as a departmental supervisor for 23 of his 26 year career. While with the Mason Police Department Robert supervised the departments Field Training Program as well as the NCIC/LEADS criminal database. Robert was also a Traffic Crash Investigator, Police Canine/Bloodhound Trainer, and served on the Warren County Arson and Vehicle Theft Task Force.
Upon retiring from Law Enforcement in 2001, Robert obtained his State of Ohio Class A Private Investigators license and opened Innovative Investigative Services, now commonly know as Innovative Services.
Innovative Services, thru its continued success and growth has become a tri-state leader of investigative services, security consulting and specialized safety and security training for the public and private sectors. Innovative Services is the areas primary provider of state mandated BCI and FBI criminal background checks and home to the Innovative School of Private Investigation, the InnovativeSpyStore and the areas only investigative agency, true crime library and resource center.
Robert also prides himself by giving back to the community through no cost community service saftey and security training courses for adults and children alike.
