Apollo's owner and lead investigator is Roy J. Pierce, a retired City of Tampa Police Detective in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Pierce has over 30 years of experience working in the government and with the private sector. He has successfully investigated cases and testified in federal and state courts in Florida, California, New York, New Jersey and Indiana. After retiring from the Tampa Police Department in 1991 he started Apollo Investigations, Inc. Mr. Pierce is a Licensed Private Investigator, a Certified Legal Investigator and a Florida Certified Investigator .
