My name is Thomas Oates. I own and operate All State Investigations out of Bullhead City, Mohave County, Arizona. I cover all of Arizona and the eastern part of California. I have a Association with another PI business in California that handles all of California. We are both approved by the United States Federal Courts and are on their list of Investigators for Arizona and California. I am licensed, Insured and Bonded in Arizona as is my partner is in California.

 

Between us we have over 68 years of Law Enforcement and Defense Investigation experience. I myself am a former/retired City of El Monte, California Police Officer, Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff, California and a Federal Investigator for the United States Courts, Federal Defenders Office.  I have Close to 13 years as a Sr Investigator for the Federal Defenders' Office before retiring in 2004.

 

I have worked on every type of criminal case including civil cases as well, in California and Arizona during the last 35 years. Our company can also handle overseas cases as well.
